Our individuals need caregivers to support with ADL’s, personal hygiene tasks, and community outings.

Responsibilities and Duties You Can Expect in the Role

• Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities
• Assisting with personal hygiene tasks
• Meal preparation and light cleaning
• Ensuring the individual's safety and maintaining a safe living environment
• Facilitating community involvement by accompanying the individual to social events, community outings, such as grocery shopping and appointments
• Promoting communication, choice, independence, and socialization
• Completing daily progress notes

Requirements – Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driver’s license
