Job summary

Watercrest Winter Park is seeking a Memory Care Resident Caregiver to join its Resident Care team. You will provide day-to-day care in the Memory Care neighborhood and collaborate with dining and community programs to ensure high-quality care for residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, housekeeping, reporting changes, and supporting resident independence in a compassionate, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; CNA/PCA/Home Health Aide preferred but not required
• CPR/First Aid certification and state requirements may apply
• Ability to communicate with residents, families, and team members in a warm, respectful manner
• Commitment to residents’ personal and privacy rights
• Experience with memory care or seniors is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, activities of daily living, and engagement as requested
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry as needed
• Review daily reports and participate in shift handovers
• Assist residents to programs and activities; support independence
• Report changes in condition to Memory Care Director or RN
• Maintain infection control and safety practices
• Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of equipment
• Respond to emergencies and calls from residents
• Respect residents' privacy and rights, and maintain confidentiality
