Koelsch Communities is seeking a friendly part-time receptionist for Cedarbrook Memory Care in Fresno, CA. You will greet residents and guests, answer phones, and perform various office tasks with a focus on excellent customer service.

This role offers part-time hours and benefits as described below. Responsibilities include directing calls, greeting visitors, delivering messages, and assisting with mail, supplies, and general office duties.

Competenze

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
• Must be drug free and pass drug screening
• Background check required by state regulations

Mansioni

• Answers telephones and directs calls accordingly
• Greets and directs visitors to the community
• Takes and retrieves messages for personnel
• Provides callers with address, directions and related information
• Receives, sorts and forwards mail; maintains publications
• Coordinates pickup/delivery of express mail services
• Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
• Supports other clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing and collating
• Other duties as assigned
