Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is hiring a Part-Time Resident Assistant for Memory Care in Lombard, IL. This NOC position runs 10pm–6am, with every other weekend, providing essential care and supervision to memory care residents.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, transporting residents, responding to emergencies, and reviewing care plans while documenting vital signs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with assistance in activities of daily living (grooming, bathing, maintaining personal environment).
• Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards timely and safely.
• Review and adhere to resident care plans and obtain vital signs.
