Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Resident Assistant for Memory Care. The role supports residents with daily living activities, transports within the community, and responds to emergencies while following care plans.

Schedule includes daytime hours 6am-2pm and every other weekend. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; CPR is preferred; experience with elderly populations is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with elderly population preferred.

Responsabilités

• Providing residents with assistance in activities of daily living (grooming, bathing, maintaining personal environment).
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident/visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, safe manner.
• Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans, obtaining vital signs.
