Job summary

Chicago Athletic Clubs is seeking a motivated Membership Sales Associate to drive new member sign-ups and build relationships with club members. You will present CAC services, tour facilities, and act as a helpful resource for other departments.

Role requires strong communication, networking, and a sales mindset, with the ability to navigate CRM systems and Microsoft applications. On-site role with benefits and team incentives.

Youshould have the following background and experience:

• You enjoynetworking and feel confident generatingnew business within the community
• You have a clear and detailed understanding of the clubs and clubs' services and arehappy to be a resource to otherdepartments by assistingwith club related questions and/or concerns

It is also essential that you:

• Can learn and successfully navigate through our company CRM, Member Database, and Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
• Can efficientlytour prospective members and/or guests through CACfacilities
• Can stand for extended periods of time
• Can lift up to fifteen pounds
