Chicago Athletic Clubs is seeking a motivated Membership Sales professional to drive new business and deepen relationships with club members. You will present CAC offerings, close memberships, and actively network at community events.

The role requires at least two years of sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to tour facilities and manage CRM records. On-site work at CAC locations with benefits and a competitive compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Develop strong relationships with club members and generate new business.
• Demonstrate clear communication and phone presentation skills.
• Have a minimum of two years’ sales experience with proven closing techniques.
• Be ambitious, driven, and goal‑oriented with healthy competition.
• Network to create new business within the community and attend monthly Chamber events.
• Understand CAC services and assist other departments with club inquiries.

• Navigate the CRM and Member Database to manage prospects and follow‑ups.
