YMCA of Delaware is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative for the Middletown Family Location. The role centers on delivering outstanding member service, guiding inquiries about memberships, programs, and services, and supporting team objectives in a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls and in-person interactions with diverse communities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to operate office routines and basic computer tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an excellent customer service experience to members and prospects.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Manage large volumes of incoming calls effectively.
• Engage members to build sustainable relationships of trust through open communication.
• Interact with customers in person, telephone, or email to provide information about membership, programs, and services.
• Address membership complaints and provide solutions and follow-up.
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
