PostCity Financial Credit Union in Long Beach is seeking a friendly Part-Time Member Services Representative to assist members with teller transactions and account inquiries. This role emphasizes exceptional service, accuracy, and teamwork in a branch setting.

You will handle deposits, balance cash drawer, support digital banking tasks, and contribute to cross-selling goals while maintaining compliance with banking policies.

Competenze

• Previous banking/financial services or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Proficiency with digital banking platforms and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional financial certifications are a plus.

• Assist members with teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing member needs and questions promptly and professionally.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals.
• Handle cash accurately and perform cash drawer balancing in a timely manner.
• Support members with opening, closing, and maintaining accounts.
• Process routing file maintenance on member accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist members with online and mobile banking login issues and provide guidance on digital banking services.
• Maintain compliance with all banking policies, procedures, and security standards.
