Responsibilities include handling deposits and withdrawals, card requests, loan payments, account maintenance, and processing mail or night deposits under dual control, while maintaining knowledge of BSA/AML.

Qualifications

• Assist members with opening accounts and answering questions about products and services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and card requests accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain daily transactions.
• Have basic knowledge of BSA/AML and follow dual control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with opening accounts and answering questions about products and services and resolve problems that are within their authority to resolve. Refer problems beyond their authority to the appropriate staff member.
• Receive and process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, credit and debit card requests, loan payments and shared branching transactions.
• Welcome members to the Credit Union and provide routine information regarding products and services, answer account inquiries and direct members to appropriate staff/department for additional information.
• Post and maintain transactions for member accounts; use various systems for IRA's, ATM, credit and debit cards, online and mobile banking, bill-pay etc.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions.
