Job summary

All In Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative in Louisville/Clayton. The role focuses on member services, loans, accounts, and daily branch operations with hours 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on weekdays.

Ideal candidates have up to 3 years in banking, HS diploma, and willingness to pursue NMLS registration and Notary Public certification, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in financial or banking environments or fewer with strong potential.
• Excellent communication skills for member and coworker interactions.
• Willingness to register in NMLS; Notary Public certification may be required.
• Knowledge of BSA/OFAC compliance and related inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with loan and credit card applications, ensuring documentation is complete.
• Process and disburse loan proceeds; schedule closings with members.
• Complete month-end reporting and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Open/close accounts, including investments and IRAs; maintain records.
• Perform deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wires, and other transactions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to enhance member engagement.
• Conduct administrative tasks: data entry, filing, and phones.
