Job summary

SECU is hiring to provide exemplary member service across all delivery channels. You will greet members, answer inquiries, and educate them on available services while handling account openings and changes with accuracy.

The role requires strong math and communication skills, cash handling precision, and fluency in English. Work involves vault and ATM duties, drive-thru operations as needed, and maintaining daily records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle establishment of new membership, open all accounts, and process changes in accounts.
• Educate members on available services and make recommendations based on their needs.
• Key all required transactions into the Margo system and balance cash drawer with accuracy.
• Balance the vault, ATM, TCD and coin sorter.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed.
• Keep daily and monthly records of reports such as vault control, returned checks, Visa gift cards, and coin sorter.
