Part Time Member Services Representative

2. Monitoring and maintaining club cleanliness and atmosphere.
3. Staying proficient in Planet Fitness mobile app use, content, and updates.
4. Completing all necessary training for safe and efficient operation.
5. Conducting regular audits to ensure the club meets Excel standards.
6. Performing club walkarounds, cleaning, and re-inspecting tasks.
7. Auditing and balancing cash drawers daily.
8. Inputting and updating member information into tablets and POS systems.
9. Ensuring members adhere to policies and guidelines, addressing infractions.
10. Providing a safe and secure environment for members.
11. Communicating effectively with members to deliver high-level service.
12. Stocking retail and janitorial items for the next shift.
13. Resolving day-to-day member issues and adhering to company standards.
14. Auditing club inventory and collaborating with management on inventory orders.
15. Staying current on certifications and training.
16. Participating in team meetings.
