Job summary

Planet Fitness Newton is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities. You will answer phones professionally, handle purchases, and promote fitness classes in a supportive, Judgement Free environment.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting members with questions in a timely, friendly manner. Flexible schedule reflects early mornings and weekend shifts with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members and sign up new members, log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at point of sale.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and guests.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
