Job summary

ICCU is seeking a PT Member Service Specialist in Tucson, AZ. You will handle member transactions, answer questions, and promote Credit Union services in a friendly, professional manner. The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and dedication to member satisfaction.

Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, and Saturdays, with an emphasis on service quality, cash handling, and balancing the cash drawer. This position is on-site at the Tucson branch.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service or relevant experience required.
• Teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial institution regulations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions required.
• Proficient math skills and ability to process account transactions accurately required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as a team member required.

Responsibilities

• Perform member-facing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide general information about Credit Union services.
• Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Resolve member concerns on first contact whenever possible.
• Assist with branch cash handling, deposits, and related duties.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and adhere to branch policies.
