Jonas Software is seeking a Customer Services Representative I to handle inbound calls and emails about billing, contracts, and payments for fitness clubs. This part-time 25-hour role focuses on timely responses and accurate data entry, serving as the main contact for member inquiries.

You will work with club owners and stakeholders to resolve issues, update billing information, and prevent cancellations, while meeting individual performance targets and contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for inquiries and resolutions.
• Familiarity with billing, contracts and payment options is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls/emails regarding billing, contracts and payments.
• Serve as point of contact for strategic fitness clubs requiring support.
