Apple Federal Credit Union in Sudley Manor, Manassas, VA is seeking a PT Member Service Rep I to assist members with financial transactions and service requests. This role emphasizes cash handling, accuracy, and friendly member interactions in a busy branch environment.

The position supports cross-selling services, maintains records, and guides members to the right department. Prior cash handling and customer service experience are beneficial for success in this role.

Formación

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Strong interpersonal skills with confidentiality and tact.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process customer financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Post transactions and maintain member records.
• Welcome members and provide routine information concerning services and directs members to appropriate department.
• Cross-sell Credit Union services.
• Handle typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone.
