Job summary

Altra Federal Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative at the Festival Foods Office in La Crosse, WI. This position offers 10-15 hours per week with Friday and Saturday shifts and extended weekday hours.

You will greet members, handle deposits and withdrawals, process transactions, and promote credit union products with a focus on friendly, accurate service. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, plus premium pay and bilingual premiums where applicable, and eligible benefits

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with members
• Detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable with technology
• Proficient with computers and basic software applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and inquiries
• Process transactions accurately and in compliance with policies
• Promote credit union products to meet member needs
• Promote in-branch technology and assist members as needed
• Maintain member confidentiality and adhere to security procedures
• Resolve member questions or concerns promptly, escalating when necessary
• Balance cash drawers and prepare daily reports
• Support other branch functions as needed
