Job summary

• Provides member service and resolves member issues and concerns.
• Maintains checkout area and processes member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policy.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and guides members on self-service technology.
• Assists with locating merchandise and helping members make purchasing decisions.
• Maintains safety, security, and cleanliness in the store environment and supports training of frontline associates.
