Job summary

The Saratoga Regional YMCA is seeking a friendly, dependable Member Service Representative for a part-time role in Town of Corinth, NY. You will help welcome members and guests and handle inquiries, while promoting YMCA memberships, programs and services.

The position includes custodial duties to maintain a clean and safe facility. Minimum age 18, prior customer service experience, and required CPR/First Aid and training within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, sales or related experience.
• Prior cleaning experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid, child abuse prevention, and Y orientation training required within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to relate to diverse groups and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and guests and respond to questions and concerns.
• Promote YMCA memberships, programs and services.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the facility.
