Job summary

The Saratoga Regional YMCA is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative to help create a welcoming environment for members and guests from the moment they walk through our doors. The role includes assisting with memberships, answering questions, and promoting YMCA programs, with additional custodial duties to keep the facility clean and inviting.

• Minimum age of 18.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Prior cleaning experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid, child abuse prevention training, Y orientation certifications required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests to create a welcoming experience.
• Answer questions and address concerns about memberships, programs, and services.
• Promote YMCA memberships, programs, and services to drive participation.
• Perform custodial tasks to maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility.

The Saratoga Regional YMCA is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Member Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will help create a supportive and positive environment that welcomes and respects all individuals. Responsibilities include assisting members and guests, responding to questions and concerns, and promoting YMCA memberships, programs, and services.

This position also includes custodial responsibilities, such as maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facility, both inside and outside the building.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
