Job summary

Planet Fitness in Stow, OH is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative. The role focuses on delivering exceptional, judgement-free service to members and guests, answering phones, greeting and onboarding new members, and maintaining a clean club environment.

The position offers a starting wage of $12 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter. PTO, shift-differential pay, and other benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
