Planet Fitness in Green Valley, AZ is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver a superior customer experience to members, prospective members and guests. You will greet customers, answer phones, conduct tours, sign up new members, and check people in while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.

This 2pm-5pm shift, Monday through Friday, requires punctuality, basic computer skills and a genuine passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact positively with members and co-workers.
• Strong listener with empathy and problem-solving abilities.
• Diplomacy in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check in members, sign-up new members, and give tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Maintain the club’s neatness and cleanliness.
