Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year of sales or retail experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Open and service consumer and business accounts and cross-sell credit union products.
• Manage lobby traffic and educate members on digital servicing options.
• Handle account maintenance tasks and resolve issues with guidance as needed.
• Contact members to offer information on products and services to grow relations.
• Support branch development activities and assist with coverage as needed.
• Ensure accurate processing of transactions and follow policies.
