Job summary

Team One Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Relationship Specialist for the Traverse City, MI branch. This role combines teller transactions, new accounts, and consumer loans in a 100% onsite environment.

The successful candidate will be cheerful, team-oriented, and eager to learn multiple tasks. Key duties include greeting members, processing transactions, promoting products, assisting with ITM/ATM balancing, and guiding members through mobile/app services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a financial institution (highly preferred).
• Ability and willingness to cross-sell (required).
• Unlimited availability Monday-Friday (required).
• Cash handling and customer service (required).
• Experience with ITM/ATM balancing and vault balancing procedures.
• Familiarity with consumer lending guidelines and required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, log branch visits, and assist with appointment traffic.
• Process member transactions in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with branch closing procedures.
• Promote Team One products/services and educate members about new offerings.
• Assist members with mobile app, online banking, bill pay, e-alerts, and other remote services.
• Establish new accounts, CDs, and IRAs; perform consumer loan processes from application to disbursement.
