Job summary

Magnifi Financial is seeking a Part-Time Member Services Associate in Houston to assist members in person, by phone, and via digital channels. You will educate, recommend, and sell banking products and services while processing transactions accurately and courteously.

Responsibilities include handling routine transactions, promoting digital tools, and maintaining ATM operations. A high school diploma or current pursuit, plus customer service or sales experience, is required; notary is optional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or currently pursuing one; associate degree preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Notary Public designation optional.

Responsibilities

• Assists members with all routine transactions.
• Creates a remarkable member experience by responding and providing resolutions to member requests with expertise.
• Identifies and recommends Magnifi Financial products and services based on financial need; refers to appropriate departments.
• Maintains cash drawer, cash recycler, and day-to-day operation of ATM machines (deposit and restocking).
• Performs account services such as mobile deposit, mobile banking, digital banking, card activation, transfers, and loan funding.
• Promotes and coaches members to adopt digital solutions (mobile banking, digital banking, ATMs).
• May perform opening/closing duties for the branch.
• Contributes to overall branch success and community relations.
