Qualifications

• Receive flu shot, TB test, and COVID-19 vaccine (waivers available).

Responsibilities

• Distribute medication to clients during med pass times.
• Maintain med room and document in eMAR system.
• Monitor for medication diversion.
• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Communicate with nursing staff or medical staff on-call.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
