Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a FT Medication Technician in Utah to provide compassionate resident care and medication administration in accordance with personalized care plans. The role supports daily living activities and requires adherence to safety, policies, and government regulations.

The position offers a full-time schedule (4–5 days/week, 2:15 pm–10:15 pm), competitive pay, and opportunities for training and growth within a hospitality-focused care environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; CPR/First Aid certification required.
• 1+ years of healthcare experience preferred, medication administration experience a plus.
• Must read, write and speak English and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and care per personalized service plans.
• Document and track medication changes and notify the supervisor of any discrepancies.
• Maintain confidential medication and care records in accordance with procedures and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and resident requests promptly while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements relating to the department.
