Job summary

Odyssey House of Utah is seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians to join our Boarding Homes, offering both Part-Time and Full-Time roles in Salt Lake City. You will support residents with daily activities, documentation, and safety, while gaining experience in social work and addiction services.

Starting at $18.00 per hour with a $1 shift differential for overnight shifts, the roles include comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 403b match, tuition assistance, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Document services accurately and maintain healthy boundaries.
• Maintain resident safety and assist with daily activities.
• Cook, clean, attend staff meetings and trainings, maintain schedules.
• Complete headcounts and shift check-off lists as needed.
