Job summary

Foundry Commercial is seeking a Part-Time Med Tech – Assisted Living at Spring Arbor in Wilson. The role involves providing medication assistance to residents under the supervision of the Resident Care Director and maintaining a positive environment.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents for adverse effects, documenting MARs, and assisting with daily living activities while upholding safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with medication administration and resident care.
• CPR and first aid certification preferred or as required by state.
• Experience with computerized resident documentation systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications accurately and on time, following physician orders and policies.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the Resident Care Director.
• Maintain MARs and ensure records are up to date.
• Receive, store, and track medications and supplies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Communicate with residents, families, and team members; participate in shift-change reports.
• Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights standards.
• Help keep the environment clean, safe, and welcoming.
