Job summary

Cypress Square, a community of Navion Senior Living, is seeking Certified Medication Technicians for medication administration and resident care oversight in a state‑of‑the‑art Assisted Living Community. This is a Part‑Time opportunity for 1st Shift (6a–2p) with Tapcheck payroll access and a supportive team environment.

Requirements include a High School diploma, State Approved Medication Aide course, and PA/CN certification; strong communication and teamwork are essential, with HIPAA

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• State Approved Medication Aide course completed.
• Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive working relationship with residents, family members and staff.
• Promotes and protects residents' rights and treats residents with dignity and respect.
• Attends in-service and education programs and maintains required CEU hours.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents’ information per HIPAA guidelines.
• Documents accurately and descriptively; reports changes in condition promptly to supervisor.
• Operates equipment safely and follows training on use; adheres to policies and procedures.
• Follows infection control precautions and safety guidelines.
• Works well in a team and supports a collaborative interdisciplinary care setting.
