Job summary

Keowee Square, a community of Navion Senior Living, is seeking Certified Medication Technicians for medication administration and resident care oversight in our Assisted Living community.

This part-time role on the 2nd shift (2p-10p) supports our residents with high-quality care, ensuring safety and dignity in daily activities while maintaining strong team collaboration within the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
• Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required.
• Must communicate effectively in written and verbal form within an interdisciplinary care setting.
• Ability to work in a senior care environment safely and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Promotes and protects residents' rights with dignity and respect.
• Attends in-service and continuing education as required by state regulations.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents' information per HIPAA guidelines.
• Completes documentation in an informative and descriptive manner.
• Reports changes in a resident's condition promptly to the supervisor.
