San Ramon Regional Medical Center is seeking a part-time Medical Staff Coordinator to oversee credentialing and re-credentialing processes for physicians and allied health professionals. • Associates Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• Experience in medical staff/credentialing in a hospital or medical setting.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS and Title 22 regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee credentialing and re-credentialing for applicants and staff.
• Maintain credentialing database and hospital systems.
• Ensure compliance with bylaws and regulatory mandates.
• Prepare for TJC surveys and staff education on accreditation standards.
• Track licensure renewals and expiring credentials monthly.
• Assist with department/committee meeting minutes and follow-up.
• Coordinate temporary staff privileges and approvals with chairs.
• Manage Medical Staff budget and prepare annual reports.
