Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of clerical experience, including one year in a medical office with electronic health systems.
• Possession of a valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and maintain appointment information for medical staff.
• Greet clients and de-escalate difficult interactions.
• Prepare, scan and maintain medical records in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Maintain records of patient care and releases of information to authorized persons.
• Perform routine clerical duties and data entry of medical information.
