Miramar Health Center Kennewick is seeking a Part Time Medical Receptionist to join our Kennewick, WA team. This role supports patient flow and data integrity, serving as the first contact for patients and providers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of clinic receptionist experience preferred.
• Bilingual differential compensation when ALTA score is 9; bilingual (EN/ES) at level 9.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone, transfer calls and take messages for the clinic.
• Greet patients and maintain logs; notify arrival; provide translation as needed.
• Ensure accurate data collection; create and update patient charts in the system.
