Job summary

Miramar Health Center in Kennewick, WA, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide holistic care across visits, triage calls, and EMR documentation. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active WA RN license required.
• Dual Washington/Oregon licensure within 120 days.
• BCLS within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS preferred.
• 1 year of outpatient RN experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred (ALTA score 10).

Responsibilities

• Provide care during patient visits including vital signs and health history.
• Perform phone triage and determine next steps for follow-up care.
• Document health history, assessments, actions, and medications in EMR.
• Assist providers in diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Perform IV starts when ordered and explain procedures to patients.
• Coordinate referrals and plan follow-up care with the care team.
• Promote patient education and align care with best practices and HRSA/TJC requirements.
