Job summary

Carolinas Medical Center is seeking a part-time Medical Laboratory Technician to support the WI ACL Laboratories team in Milw South Edgerton. The 10-hour-per-week schedule provides essential lab testing and patient care support in an ambulatory setting.

The successful candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Clinical Lab Technician or related field, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, and manage workflow with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests within established protocols.
• Monitors workflow and adjusts to complete work in a timely manner.
• Evaluates results for clinical significance and validity.
• Maintains calibration and quality control of instruments.
• Ensures CLIA standards are met in an ambulatory setting.
