Qualifications

• Knowledge of Clinical Laboratory Science and high complexity testing.
• ASCP or AMT certification as required/preferred.
• Must meet CLIA '88 standards to be qualified as testing personnel.
• Current students must attain ASCP/AMT certification within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform high complexity testing according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain records of performance and QC data.
• Generate accurate test results within QC standards using independent judgment.
