Job summary

Select Medical is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for our Chicago outpatient physical therapy center. You will greet and register patients, explain what to expect during their visit, and help manage the front desk to create an exceptional first impression.

You’ll schedule appointments by phone and in person, collect co-pays, process approvals, and verify insurance. You’ll also coordinate with attorneys, insurers, translation services, market leaders, and the business development team to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year front desk experience.
• Minimum 1 year medical office experience.
• Preferred: insurance verification experience.

Responsibilities
