Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a Medical Director for the Wolfeboro, NH center. The role supports post-acute and long-term care with flexible hours, approximately 8 hours per week, under a Fee-for-Service Hybrid 1099 arrangement.

The Medical Director will partner with leadership to drive high-quality, efficient care and outcomes in a regional framework. The position requires an MD/DO, board certification in Internal or Family Medicine, and an emphasis on geriatrics.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred.
• CMD certification through AMDA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional Medical Director to promote clinical services and AlignMed Partners' mission.
• Oversee implementation, utilization, and outcomes measurement of clinical programs.
• Be dually accountable to the Center Administrator and Regional Medical Director for clinical care and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Center Administrator and Director of Nursing to achieve high quality, safe, and efficient care.
