Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking an Attending Physician/Medical Director for the Wolfeboro Bay Center in Wolfeboro, NH. The role offers flexible hours (about 8 hours per week) with no on-call or weekend requirements under a 1099 fee-for-service arrangement.

The physician will work with the Center Medical Director to implement clinical programs, monitor outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering high-quality care to residents of skilled nursing and senior living

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred.
• Geriatrics specialization desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take complete responsibility for patients admitted to their service.
• Visit assigned patients in a timely fashion according to AlignMed Partners policy and procedure.
• Oversee implementation, utilization, and outcomes measurement of AlignMed Partners Clinical Programs and standards of care.
• Work closely with the Center Medical Director and AlignMed Partners managers to improve care in the facility.
• Comply with credentialing process and corporate policies.
• Demonstrate care and compassion to ensure high quality service to all customers.
