Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a Fee-For-Service Attending Physician/Medical Director for our Pembroke Center in Pembroke, NC. This dual role is clinical in nature and offers flexible hours with no weekends or on-call requirements.

Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with LTC experience is required; geriatrics and CMD certification are desirable. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and an incentive program.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. is required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is preferred.
• Geriatrics specialization is desirable.
• Certified Medical Director (CMD) through AMDA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Center Administrator and Regional Medical Director to oversee clinical services.
• Ensure delivery of clinical care per Medical Director Agreement and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with Center Administrator and Director of Nursing to improve quality, safety, and efficiency.
