Infinite Medical P.C. in Thief River Falls, MN, seeks a Medical Director/Attending Physician to oversee care in long-term facilities and provide clinical leadership.

This part-time role (2 days/week) offers a salary of $100,000–$120,000 and includes benefits such as PTO and malpractice insurance.

CMD certification is preferred; extensive LTC experience and strong leadership are required to guide a multidisciplinary team and ensure regulatory compliance.

Formación

• CMD certification is preferred.
• Extensive experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes in long-term care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance to medical staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Lead the interview and credentialing process for prospective medical staff.
• Chair or co-chair the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Committee on a quarterly basis.
• Assist in DOH survey preparedness, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Lead the implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Provide direct patient care to residents, ensuring high quality of clinical treatment and support.
