Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C., based in Northfield, MN, is seeking a part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician to oversee comprehensive care for residents in skilled nursing facilities. Qualifications

• CMD certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality improvement in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing oversight and clinical guidance to medical staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Lead credentialing interviews for prospective medical staff.
• Chair or co-chair the QAPI committee on a quarterly basis.
• Assist in DOH survey preparedness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Provide direct patient care to residents and stay updated on geriatric care advances.
