Job summary

Catholic Health is seeking an Auditor/Educator to work part-time with benefits in a regional training center. The role collaborates with clinicians, coders, and CDI staff to ensure accurate coding, billing compliance, and data integrity.

Responsibilities include audits, education, mentoring, and supporting Epic/EHR workflow improvements, with travel to multiple sites as needed. The position requires CPC/COC/RHIT/CCS/CCS-P and CPMA credentials, plus a minimum of three years of multi-specialty

Qualifications

• CPC, COC, RHIT, CCS, or CCS-P is required.
• CPMA required.
• Minimum three years of multi-specialty coding experience using official CPT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Audit coding for accuracy and adherence to coding conventions and billing rules.
• Provide timely education and feedback to Clinicians, Coding and CDI teams.
• Mentor coding staff and support onboarding of new staff.
• Assist with coding standardization and workflow redesign for Epic and other EHR systems.
• Travel to multiple sites as required to meet departmental needs.
