Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or RHIT required.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical record integrity audits and provider education.
• Develop and update coding guidelines and job aids.
• Analyze payer rules and apply complex coding standards.
• Educate staff on CPT, ICD-10 and HCC coding.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to resolve issues.
