Responsibilities

• Request missing dictations from provider.
• Rename and print Dr. Leiberman's EMGs/Procedures.
• Match bills with all supporting docs once charges are entered and bills printed.
• Mail/fax bills and scan completed faxed bills.
• Assist with printing Rehab bills and exporting/printing notes.
• Assist with mailing/faxing Rehab bills and scanning.
• Help billing out 'Insurance Pending' accounts.
• Follow up on medical cases.
• Back-up UR records requests (WC).
• Back-up payment posting support (EFTs, medical payments).
• Review denials for exhausted MVA's and related follow-up.
