Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Within six months of employment, complete CMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA certification as applicable.
• BLS/CPR certification required or obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow through the site; escort patients, prepare exam room, record vital signs, and update medical history.
• Assist practitioners with ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, and related procedures per protocol.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and inventory; ensure proper infection control and equipment readiness.
