Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• BLS or CPR/AED certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Preferred: MA course/diploma or 1 year MA experience.
• National MA Certification (AAMA/AMT/NHA/NCCT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient patient flow throughout the practice.
• Assist during office visits, including rooming patients and supporting examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform care coordination tasks: test results, prescription refills, and follow-ups.
