Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. in Peabody, MA is seeking a Medical Assistant to support efficient patient flow and assist during visits in a fast-paced specialty care setting.

You will work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a focus on patient care, coordination, and a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• BLS certification or CPR/AED training after 6 months of hire.
• Preferred: Medical Assistant course or diploma, or at least 1 year of professional experience.
• Preferred: National MA Certification (AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT).

Responsibilities

• Support efficient patient flow throughout the practice.
• Assist during office visits, including rooming patients and supporting examinations, procedures, and treatments as directed.
• Coordinate care tasks such as patient guidance, test results, prescription refill support, and follow-up needs.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized, and safe patient care areas.
• Interact with patients and families in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.

Job Summary Location: 4 Centennial Drive, Peabody, MASchedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Join a collaborative Neurosurgery and Spine practice where your clinical skills, attention to detail, and patient-first approach help create a smooth, supportive experience for every patient.
